What You'll Learn

Whether they know it or not, technicians sell every day. They offer repair and maintenance services to customers every day, but most would shudder to think of themselves as sales people. Getting them to understand that real selling is about helping customers make informed decisions based on their needs and priorities is the key to increased revenue, sales leads, and even more satisfied customers!

By utilizing this approach, Bel Red increased their average service ticket by 130%, generates sales leads on almost 20% of all service calls, and actually increased customer satisfaction.

This workshop shows how to overcome “sleazy salesman” stereotypes and sell with integrity; how to develop basic discovery and presentation skills, develop “out-of-the-box” solutions for customers, and how to get past our own preconceived ideas about value to let the customer decide what they want. Service managers will also learn how to set sales goals for non- sales staff, and manage to them to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
